Drive customer acquisition for Bringo as part of the company growth strategy.
Plan and execute user acquisition activities across all relevant performance channels in line with Bringo objectives.
Perform deep data analysis to measure the performance of user acquisition activities.
Optimize user acquisition campaigns and channels to achieve the best possible CPA, ROI and ROAS.
Closely coordinate activities with the Campaign and CRM managers and ensure that user acquisition is in line with the general Marketing and Commercial plans.
Full management of the user acquisition budget.
Discover, test, and activate new user acquisition channels.
Manage and look for ways to improve data tracking in all Bringo properties (app & web).
Lead ASO and SEO activities for Bringo.
Manage the relationships with partners involved in the user acquisition projects (Google, Verizon Media, Facebook, etc).
Manage the Marketing agencies’ work on user acquisition projects: briefing, follow-up and feedback sessions.
Communicate to the Marketing Manager the plans and status of user acquisition activities.
Stay on top of the latest user acquisition trends and contribute to a data-driven and collaborative Bringo organizational culture.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Statistics, or related fields.
A minimum of 3 years experience managing marketing or User Acquisition campaigns,
preferably in mobile-driven businesses and hyper growth company.
A natural knack for data crunching, with a deep understanding of digital marketing tools.
Passionate about media.
Proven ability to manage budgets and ROI.
Detail-oriented, organized, and highly-motivated.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Prior Performance Media in a Media agency is a plus
