HR responsible – preparation and processing of employee documents, travel orders, time sheets, etc
Responsible for road transport of goods (equipment’s)
Responsible for sales of end of arm tooling elements – make quotations, place orders, issues invoices and follows payment etc.
Responsible for financial accounting – payment, auditing, invoice, etc.
Administrative officer – organizing meetings, arranging appointments, booking transport and accommodation, issuing insurance policies for the employees that are traveling outside the country, collection of all necessary documents for obtaining visas for travels, issuing insurance policies for offices and keeping track to renew them whenever is necessary, ordering stationery and furniture, keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary, responsible for the company’s database, the interface between suppliers and company contracts with suppliers, provide general support to visitors etc.
Responsible for inventory – to organize inventory, to monitor the process and draw up the necessary documents
ERP system responsible – to be the interface between the ERP system developer and the company
Responsible for process improvement – creating procedures for the whole society to use in order to make working time more efficient
Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
Using a range of software packages
Manage correspondence – e-mail, letters, packages etc.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Administration and coordination of the organization’s fleet of vehicles, including leasing, RCA, Casco etc.
Maintains accurate records of vehicles
Schedules repairs or preventative maintenance
To read, understand and comply to the politic, vision of the company
Preferred fields of study: University (accounting and finance), Economical High School
Language skills: English language medium level will be an advantage
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
