Guest Experience Specialist

We are looking for customer-focused problem solvers to join our customer service team and help us manage reservation requests, troubleshoot guest issues, and take our guest experience to the next level. With guest requests coming in at all hours, our Guest Experience Specialists must speak directly to our guests and work closely with our city teams to deliver on our brand promise and ensure the needs of our guests are met.

If you are hard-working, empathetic, and solution-oriented, this is the job for you.
– 2+ years of customer experience background (Hospitality);
– Ability to adapt in a rapidly growing environment;
– Strong problem-solving skills;
– Communicative – enjoy speaking on the phone, email, and chat;
– Solid computer skills & work rapidity;
– English and Romanian communication skills (writing & spoken);
– Sense of humor, diplomacy;
Job description:
– You will be the first point of contact for all our guests via phone, email, and chat;
– You will learn the details of our travel business, so that you can handle any questions guests might have;
– You will manage the reservation process from start to finish;
– You will respond to and resolve guest issues in a timely and positive manner;
– You will coordinate with our city teams to resolve issues on the ground and keep the guests updated;
