Profile:
University degree – preferably Economics
Minimum 1 year previous experience in related fields
Microsoft Office tools and programs proficiency
Very good analytical skills, attention to details, to work independently and in a team
Abilities related to identify problems, to make proposals, follow up of projects, problem solving.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a demanding environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent in both English speaking and writing
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
Interested in developing an exciting career in a professional environment
Intellectually gifted; open-minded; able to integrate in the established professional services culture of the company
Honest and trustworthy; well organized; able to cope with stress
Driver license B category

Description of the job:
Administrative and secretarial support
Maintaining an effective communication flow with all relevant internal departments
Provides support by entering, formatting, and printing information
Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns of the clients
Forward information by receiving and distributing internal communications, collect, distribute and mail correspondence.
Demonstrates good judgment about what to handle independently and when to ask for input/direction
Data introduction, prepare and administrate databases, internal reporting, support documentations.
Active participation and support in projects execution and implementation
Performing all the necessary day to day activities as assigned by the General Manager
Filing and organization of the documents (both paper and electronic) in a smart and proactive way.
